Alpha 0.0.2 Modifications to ACW troop Numbers, German Confederation updated into Independent States, Troops added to Empire of Mexico, and other minor changes to names and cities around the third world countries.

Alpha 0.0.3 changed Majors armies to fit timeline

Beta 0.1.1 All nations have been edited to fit the timeline, making the scenario playable, but not everything is historically accurate, but with further testing more balance and accuracy can be achieved.
