Third-Person Character Material Restoration (Addon)

(NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE, IT IS IN-GAME AS OF THE NEWEST UPDATE!!)

A simple mod that updates events in the third-person animation sets to enable character models to produce particle effects like footsteps.

As an added bonus, also fixes missing events for the pistol, minigun and cannon animations with the Born-To-Run skill so that sound effects (and particle effects) are now correctly produced.

Highly recommended to use Material Overhaul mod with this as it contains set-up particle effects that this mod can make use of.
