Custom Hi-cal, 5-round Script Mod (Sniper Rifle)

This mod will replace Sniper Rifle's default script with a custom script of a high-caliber sniper rifle fitted with 5-round magazines. It is very suited for guns like PTRS-41.

Changes to the script are (mostly taken from Alex_D_Vasilkov's custom hi-cal script mod for Sniper Rifle):

• Compatible with any custom HUD icon mods (post-TLS update)
  
• Vertical Punch = 3 (def. 1.5)
  
• 180 damage (def. 90)
  
• 120 rounds per minute (def. 240)
  
• 5-round magazine capacity (def. 30)
  
• 90 reserved ammo; You can crown Witches with this (def. 180)
