[TF2] Better Lightwarp

This is so underrated, basically is something like the phong_0 in regular tf2, to make it work is a little bit tricky:
You need to turn on the addon in game, then reload the map or chose another map, and that's how it's supposed to work (at least for me)

does it change the existing models or add new ones?
