ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Standardized suburban development exploded in popularity in the 1980s and 1990s and continues to this day. The kind of communities where all the houses look a little too similar, where the sprawl stretches for miles in all directions. This is a collection of tiles for Project Zomboid that add those kinds of style walls, roofs, doors, windows, and other details that you would typically see these kind of communities.

Regular players
You only need to subscribe to this mod if you've downloaded a map that makes use of the tiles in this pack.

Map makers

For anyone that would like to use the houses in the screenshots (and some apartment buildings I created), I've dropped everything into a ZIP file here:

This is a work-in-progress with plans for future expansion including brick siding, new windows, and construction elements.

Hi! I've taken the liberty to make this statement: To everyone asking about or wondering about a 42 port, I have acquired permission from Extranoise to do an official port to 42. You can find me on Discord as "Leader of Thermonuclear Missiles", I will be posting the 42 version when I can under 'Thermos Newburbs Tiles'. As well as porting the mod, I will also be adding 3D doors, depthmaps, new tiles for construction areas, and other such items. Expect the official port drop Wednesday next week at the latest.

I can confirm the issue with roof edge finish, with current tiles i cannot finish it properly, see screenshot:

The shape of the roof edge finish does not fit on both sides.

The shape of the finished roof on both sides of the front and back connected in a v-shape is different, so it does not lead neatly.

Please check.

I'm suffering from this error, I don't know if it could be your mod or someone else in my pack. The strange thing is that it only happens to me, and it doesn't happen to my friends. When I leave the server and re-enter my character, my character gets sick as if he had been bitten and it dies, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I restarted the server and reinstalled it and the same thing happens to me, I don't know if it's a bug or what I'm doing wrong, the strangest thing is that I host the server from another PC but with myself Steam account, I shouldn't have a problem being me, am I supposed to? If you can help me, thank you, it's ruining my ability to enjoy and enjoy a great game.
