Japan Station Chime

Description
This is a simple mod that adds the common "bing bong" chime that can be heard at most Japanese train stations. A preview video is included.

I'd recommend using a volume level of 10, and a range level of 5 (or larger depending on the station size), but do feel free to play around with them to find what suits you.
