Multilingual Education

Opis
The Multilingual Education mod makes it much easier to ensure all your children end up speaking all the languages required of the nobility of your realm. You can designate up to three education languages for your court, and the youngest courtiers may speak them fluently by age six.

There's two modes to choose from. Under Passive Learning, the children will be expected to pick up languages on their own. This is very achievable as long as you have enough speakers wandering your court, but the less gifted children may not get everything right. Under Active Learning, the children will become multilingual one way or the other - at a stress cost if they cannot manage the foreign phonetics on their own.

The AI will use this feature too. AI rulers will select languages that make sense for their court and realm, and their personality determines whether they prefer passive or active learning. The higher their tier, the likelier an AI is to set court education languages.

This mod should be compatible with every other mod, even UI mods, except if there is one that places a button in the exact same location as my button. Please let me know if you have any bugs to report or feedback to provide!
