Angled Hovers

Descriere

---
Blocks:

GSO Angled Terraphobe Hover Pad - 45°
GSO Corner Terraphobe hover Pad - Faces the corner of the block.
GSO Large Angled hover Pad - 45°

GC Angled hover Pad - 45°

VEN Angled ZG Hover Pad - 15°
VEN Sideways Angled ZG hover Pad - 30°
---

In general, these blocks provide good cover against crashes on hills and trees.
The Terraphobe variations are more oriented towards hoverbug contraptions, given their small range.
They also provide a speed boost if facing the rear or the tech, and if placed on the other sides, can improve driving and mobility.

However, using a lot of those may make the tech unstable and thus requiring gyros for stabilization. Regular hovers mixed in also help with stabilization and any possible lose of height, which can happen when driving techs with only angled hovers.

i'm kinda liking the venture ones. They look cool and add stability without really needing to put gyrostabs on a hover. Nice work.

The thing I didn't know I needed. I knew that the angle mattered but I never thought about this.

I am assuming they have about the same power as the hoverpads they were modeled similar to.
