No, “training materials” are located in places that are quite difficult to notice. It can be accessed from the Info panel, but the button seems to have been renamed “Discovered Recipes and Media” in B42. Also, please note that in B42, the default for what displays in this list is “only what I have read or seen”. This can be changed in the sandbox settings. Check the screen shot below.

Maybe i'm stupid but how do i open the "Training materials" window ?
Sorry, I made a misunderstanding. The encoding for Russian and Ukrainian was "Windows-1251" up to B41, but it seems that it changed to "UTF-8" in B42. Therefore, I have restored B41 and addressed the changes for B42. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I believe that in the latest version, both B41 and B42 are properly translated. Please check and confirm.
