Probably not, but I bet there is a replacement lurking somewhere in gmod files you can use instead. Like shrink a football down and paint it or something :D

Because if you read the description carefully, I didnt make this, I just uploaded it here to use with my server years ago since the original file wasnt on steam workshop. You can always try contacting the email provided in the description but I doubt he cares after 15 years or w/e.
