Beskrivning
This mod allows you to unhotwire vehicles, craft car keys, tweak every skill requirement and action duration. All options are available in the Vehicle section of the Sandbox Options menu and can be tweaked in real-time. Skill requirement descriptions update dynamically too.

What Do The Settings Do?
You can enable/disable features by toggling the "Allow" checkboxes.
Skill settings specify the minimum skill needed to perform the action.
"Base Duration" control how long the action takes to perform.
"Scalar" change how much each skill reduces the action duration.

Working in B42, but you have to "port" the mod.

And for this mod, you will also have to access the mod.info file and remove the "require=radialmenuapi" or you won't be able to enable it.
You'll have to port the Radial Menu API too, since it's required for this mod.

Make sure you put the Radial Menu API before/above this one. I had the same issue and it was because the Radial Menu API was placed AFTER this one, which caused weird behavior.

Anyone know if it possible to unhotwire for a 2nd time in the same car? My partner in the safe is an asshole and hotwire my car again

I like this mod, but after I added this mod to my save, I can't sleep in cars, the v menu sleep option says: not tired enough to sleep yet.
I don't know whether it's a mod conflict or something.
