Barc Names

This addon adds Hebrew, Irish, Italian, and Spanish name classes.

To use in your faction addons, add an entry specifying the generic names into the
definitions of your units. Units will inheret generic names from parent class.
Add a dependency in cfgPatches requiredAddons for "barc_names".

For examples:

genericNames="HebrewMen"
genericNames="HispanicMen"
genericNames="ItalicMen"
