Adds 3 symbols:

Outlaw: Common | Gives 0 | Removes adjacent coins (the reel symbol) and gives 4 coins (the currency) for each removed. Adjacent Horse and Bartender give 2 times as many coins. Gives 10 coins when destroyed. (Destroyed by Bounty Hunter)

Horse: Rare | Gives 2 | Gives 3 more coins every 2 spins. Adjacent humans give 1 more. (Affected by Checkered Flag)

Emu: Uncommon | Gives 2 | Destroys adjacent Bounty Hunter, Shiny Pebble, and Orange. Gives 15 coins for each symbol destroyed this way. Gives 5 more coins if the destroyed symbol was Bounty Hunter. (Buffed by Birdhouse)
