bms_misc.vpk, you'll need a program like GCFScape to open it

Where is the scripts folder? I've been digging around in the game files and I can't seem to find it.

you can easily do that yourself by editing scripts/gameplay/weapons/weapon_crowbar.dmx to use these values:

"cycle_miss" "float" "0.85"
"cycle_hit" "float" "0.45"
"damage" "float" "14"
