The Europa Coalition has started a program to reward crews that bring in pirates and other dissidents alive.

In short, this mod adds in a single use badge that can be bought at military outposts in limited quantities (and rarely in cities, for a higher cost) that gives the recipient the talent "PIP Participant" (Prisoner Incentive Program).

This talent acts as a weaker "By the Book", giving 500 marks and no experience for each prisoner at the end of the round up to a limit of 4000 marks. However, you can give this talent to multiple members of your crew to increase the reward.


Now also adds a book called "Prisoners and You". Upon reading this book you gain the talent "Overwhelming Presence" which will stun handcuffed characters you grab until you let go of them, for easier prisoner transport.
