Sacrifice Targeting Fix

Changes the Sacrifice ability targeting to always preview the target location where the spark stops, disregarding where the mouse cursor might be. No longer will you get 10 different coverages depending on where in the target tile you place your cursor.

Will override or be overridden by other mods that change the TargetingMethod of the Sacrifice ability.
