SINGLEPLAYER // CO-OP // MULTIPLAYER // BOTS

This mod was originally created for MoW:AS1 by a team of Italian modders, led by Guerrito. I played it for the first time back in 2015, but since 2017 it was abandoned and has fallen into obscurity. It found a home on mow-portal, where it was maintained by Ghosteron.

This is one of the best mods I've ever played and presents a very atmospheric and well researched vision of WW1 through Men of War. I don't want this to be lost to history. So I have tried my best to port it to AS2 and Steam Workshop for all to enjoy.

This mod contains 27 total single player and co-op missions in campaigns for:
-British Empire (x5)
-Italy (x3)
-France (x5)
-German Empire (x7)
-US (x1)
-ANZAC (Gallipoli) (x4)
-Ottoman Empire (Gallipoli) (x2)

All missions can be completed . I have also made some small changes such as adding unit icons (not present in AS1) and increasing unit diversity in missions.

I have also added multiplayer for the following factions:
-British Expeditionary Force
-German Empire 1914/1916
-France 1914/1916
-Ottoman Empire
-Belgium 1914/1916
-Canadian Expeditionary Force
-Portuguese Expeditionary Corps
-Italy
-Austria-Hungary
-Mediterranean Expeditionary Force (ANZACS)
-American Expeditionary Force

MOWAS2 copies the mod from the steam workshop folder to the game mod folder. This takes a long time for large mods (like this one). You just need to wait until it finishes mounting mod resources.

okay everytime i install the mod and start the game the game is stuck in the mounting mod recourses on workshop
