Double Shotgun Grenade Launcher Attachment

This mod modifies the single shotgun's grenade launcher attachment to make it work for the double shotgun as well. An additional item pickup resource that doesn't play the attachment mounting animation upon pickup is also included for mappers since there's no attachment mounting animation for the double shotgun.
