Better Farmer

A simple mod which automatically assigns an existing NPC community member as farmer which have a 4 star or better rating at farming. It will trigger every few days during day and when the world temp is around 15 degrees. the bigger the NPC community the better the chance to trigger the conditions. this won't trigger if they don't have members that have 4-5 star rating at farming. this could at least help a bit at NPC community survivability.

- Fixed where sometimes there would be no farmer assigned in a community.

- Will now only trigger on npc's with 4-5 star in farming (since npc's will have a minimum of 3 star farming in the base game)

- Made the script trigger different times depending on gender, morning for male, evening for female so they won't trigger at the same time.
