(OPTIONAL) Insurgency Particle Loader

Description
This is only used for anyone who mounts Insurgency or subscribes to my map port.

I don't RECOMMENDED to use this for other maps or personal use or else it might conflict with
any particle/decals replacers.

Info:

This addon is used to implement the particle effects for any Insurgency maps. But it won't most likely load the whole since Gmod doesn't allow precache systen for mounted games. This includes fire,water,smoke.lens flare and etc.

So anyways use it for optional experience.
