I spent a few hours trying to fix this mod as well but it throws blank event errors even modifying different parts of the code to get it to work, then other errors start to throw. I think this mod is safely dead until mod author decides to fix it. Great mod, they put alot of time into it.

tried to tinker the mod for a while, all the effects and modifiers are still working, except the localization file. cant make it work dont know why, The only solution i can think of is to directly put the "titles and descriptions" on the root files. any help or suggestion. (as we wait for the original modder to update)

Mod not been updated in years, the new functions in game don't have proper names or descriptions, they just have their "file names" in game so you don't know what any of them do really
