Trader Reborn

A simple script that makes the game reassign a new trader on both community trader and roaming traders, if their old one is dead. It does not alter the inventory and inventory resets of the traders.

Vanilla friendly Mod.

Whats New:
V13
- Made only the smallest (4 person) communities spawn them. huge communities already spawns traders (they don't before).

V12
- Made the requirements to ai communities of them having at least 4 community members before a trader is assigned.

- Made Roving traders respawn large backpack if theirs despawn.
