Lighthouse Tender

Beskrivelse
This Lighthouse Tender is actually a "Launch" that is still used aboard the Trinity House's Lighthouse Tender, THV Patricia, so it's range is somewhat limited. It is capable of carrying a handful of men, supplies, and fuel to a Lighthouse or where needed, even in moderate seas.

It features an automatic heading hold and a 'Overboard Sensor' that will stop the boat if you "go in the drink".

Specifications:

Speed: 15 KTS
Range: 15+ Km (keeping the throttle at or around 80% might get you about 20 Km)

Notes:

-Hidden ropes are located in the Fore Deck (as seen in the screenshot above), for use with the Winches.
- In reality the boat is not remote controlled but given that steering is done via tiller, this method seemed the most effective.

*Do to it's shallow draft the hull will likely fill with water, do not be alarmed, it won't sink and the water will be pumped out in time.

not sure why but i think a recent update broke something, for some reason when i moor it to the lighthouse, the side I moored it on forgets what buoyancy is and it instantly capsizes, maybe theres a weight bug with ropes?

And if people wanted to restock them manually, they'd use the tender.

It might be hard, but i would also reccomend adding a "Auto parts refill" button onto it then.

shuttleman, that is a good idea. My one fear at the time of building was that if someone didn't want to use the Tender they would be unable to resupply the Lighthouse. Also, it's worth mentioning that they often stocked copious amounts of spare parts, food, and water in the event resupply was unavailable for any length of time.

Ooh wait, how about spare parts? Like bulbs onboard so when you take them you can restock the cabinet rather than it being done in the storage room?

shuttleman, it already carries fuel tanks specifically for the purpose of refueling the Lighthouse. I'll think about adding food and coal supplies, it's a good idea!

Can you make supplies e.g fuel supplies if were using the 1980s version? and food supplies, coal supplies, ect?
