설명
inspired by the Half life HECU, these replace all existing player voicelines with filtered counterparts for people who use mods that replace all characters with gasmask clad models or the like, this is a all in one pack and i wont split the sets up, however you have my full permission to do so yourself.

I mean all i did was apply the filter with the same settings for every voiceline for consistency, even the bleed ones, although those dont seem to work no matter what i do, point is its not like some of the voice acting is high quality enough to the point where it sounds like static, like Kenneth, the best was Chippants and Tsarouhas because of their recording quality.

They are pretty loud... especially the heavy breathing sound.. had to delete that, otherwise great addon!

Would be great to have a version without the model change, I want to use it with the USS Alpha Team Pack.
