there is a github page that lets you convert rbxlx to vmf. it's a bit janky and only works for smaller maps, but it works (although you have to do some editing yourself still, since it does not properly import most meshes, and the replicated texture colors are too dark. also by default it's set to scale 15.0, which makes the player the same height as a roblox character, the problem with this being that it makes everything look far too big. from my experience, setting it to 12.5 is more ideal without making the map too small)

@weedshot its will be imposible or extremly extremly hard to code roblox files into gmod, since roblox studio is not open source
