Description


I present to you one of the most common series of standard residential buildings in Russia and CIS countries. The presented houses type of 1-464DM series are a local modification of the All-Union series of houses 1-464D. Residential buildings of this series were built mainly in Murmansk and in the Murmansk region in the period from 1970 to 1991 (late modifications). Residential buildings of the 1-464D series were developed by the Central Research Institute for Integrated Design of Residential and Public Buildings of the Central Research Institute of Housing. Local modification 1-464DM, developed by the Murmansk Institute "Murmanskgrazhdanproekt", together with the Murmansk DSK (house-building plant). The architects local modifications: Rastorguev A.S., Nemolyaeva T.V., Nerush I.A. Engineers: Nemsadze E.G., Shvetz V.D.
This set of 9-storey panel houses series 1-464DM includes 24 buildings with a different number of entrances, which includes various sections like ordinary (direct) and angular (inserts) of the building. In addition, most of the buildings in the set have original skins, including five murals by the muralist Gerasimov V.A.
Buildings can be built close to each other, thus creating a single architectural ensemble. A wide selection of different sections is ideal for creating unique residential areas (blocks) in the cities of your republic!

Это проблема самой "игровой механики" так как в игре нельзя развернуть здание на углы равные 30/60/120/150. так как минимальный шаг разворота здания в игре это 2,8125 поэтому получается угол либо больше 120, а именно 120,9375 либо чуть меньше 118,1250. поэтому тут уж либо смириться с тем что есть, или править саму модель, что для этих зданий невозможно в силу того, что три последовательно соединённых разных части трилистника должны дать угол в 360 градусов... что простым подгоном модели под "условности" игры не сделать.

Мод замечательный, разнообразие зданий действительно большое! Но у меня возникла проблема с треугольными домами, их невозможно ровно пристыковать к другим домам по двум сторонам (которые без арки) так как шаг угла поворота в игре ограничен. В итоге получается либо пересечение текстур двух домов, либо дыра между домами. В обоих случаях получается не очень эстетично...

Для сравнения можете глянуть на панорамах дома по улице Кильдинская и Верхне Ростинское Шоссе, или ул. Маклакова 29 где 9-этажная башня серии 1-464ДМ пристроена к 9 этажному дому серии 93м и разница, даже с учетом стилобата у 1-464ДМ, там в этаж.

у домов серии 78 и 93м высота этажа 3,00 метра, у всей серии 1-464 2,70 метра

У этих домов 9 этажей по высоте получаются как 8 у 78 или 93 серии, хотя высота этажа примерно одинаковая у всех должна быть.

These buildings will not work with pedestrian tunnels, this is a limitation of the game engine. A building with a tunnel can be used as a memorial or something similar, but not as a residential building. It's just that at the time I created them, I thought they would be functional, but as it turns out, they're not.

Love these buildings so much, theyre well detailed and fun to use! i dont know if someone already mentioned this because i cant read cyrillic, but the tunnel pathways in the "1-464DM-ind" and "1-464DM-9MKP-2A" seem to not work, as no pathing is done through them :(
