re. modding question: yes, the center is offset by 0.5 from how it would be on an odd numbered turret. You should be able to just move the barrel transform, and it will handle it.
but how do make a even numbered dimension-ed turret like that?
it's a even number so it seems that i need to offset the center pivot thingy bye 0.5 blocks.
because when i fill in the cells there position wont be offset correctly
but then that means it messes up the rotation pivot. but then if i put the pivot back in to the center
then it wont be offset again
