What does it do?
This addon replaces only physical model for props from list (.phy).

Is this causing lags?
I dont think so.

Does this work with "Props HD Overhaul" or any other retexture addons?

how do you get the physics mesh to be so complex? normal compile tools like crowbar force it to be concave

though this doesnt seem nice, using this before adding model replacement might sstop custom models from bugging out physic items
