Balaclava'd Half Life Alyx CPs & More

This addon is a slight rework of my Escape From Tarkov + HLAlyx Cops, which were a slight edit of Specky's Civil Protection Upgrades.

I fiddled with the idea of introducing cop models utilizing balaclavas as an alternative to full-blown gas masks, which wouldn't make much sense to wear 24/7. Here's a brief log of what features were added:

- 2 categories of uniforms (Beige & Blue), both of which have the same amount and types of models (again, the only difference between the models in each category is the uniform tone);

- balaclava heads with 4 different skin tones (the eyes are posable, however, when equipped on a roleplay server require "r_eyemove 0" to be entered client-side to not roll into the back of the head);

- gasmask heads with different variants taken from specky's models;

- dead variants for both the balaclava and gasmask models (one per category);

- a number of armbands, too many to count. Easy to reskin, same with all the uniforms.

Note that these are NOT PLAYERMODELS and are intended for roleplay, hence they aren't really optimized/suitable for posing either.

The balaclava models were taken from the Suits and Robbers model pack, so check those out if you haven't already.

Feel free to do whatever you want to do with these, as long as you credit me and this addon upon the release of your edit.

Might make unmasked citizen-head variants of these in the (near) future.
