I will get straight to the point.

It's a combination of the Reactor, a heat exchanger, the turbine and the cooling tower.
The control rods are animated! They adjust to the power requirement!
The cooling tower also has effects!

Press shift + e to take out waste manually,
Otherwise it will dispense it's waste automatically.

Press e to activate merge.(will last for 3 seconds)
barrels will then merge their content! (max 500Kg)

Waste barrels will despawn after 10 minutes in water!
Press shift + e to see time until it despawns.

Will only take barrels below 120Kg or 120Kg.

HEU / LEU
1.Place uranium and fluorite miners.
2.Mix the triuranium octoxide with the fluorite in a 1:9 ratio(doesn't have to be precise).
3.Put the mixture into the chemical reaction chamber(CRC).
4.Wait until it finishes, then take the uranium hexafluoride mixture.
5.Enrich the uranium hexafluoride mixture in the Centrifuge:
Reactor grade (LEU) is between 3% and 20%.
Highly enriched (HEU) is between 20 and 100%.
[Note: You will have to put your mixture in multiple times to achive a uranium-235 hexafluoride concentration of 3% or above]
6.Turn your enriched mixture into uranium dioxide in the CRC
7.Process your uranium dioxide mixture in the rod assembler to make fuel rods.
8.Put the fuel rod intot he reactor.

Plutonium dioxide(not a fuel, an ingredient)
1.Take nuclear waste from the reactor, and put it in a centrifuge.
2.Put it in the CRC

ThP and MOX
1.For ThP, mix Thorium dioxide with Plutonium dioxide.
1.For MOX, mix Uranium-238 dioxide with Plutonium dioxide.
2.Put into rod assembler.

The higher the richness of your fuel, the more power it can produce, but it also gets consumed faster!
The consumption of the fuel scales with the actual production of energy;

That means, if your reactor can produce 5kW but is only required to produce 2.5kW, then the control rods will be half way in and it will only consume half the fuel.
