Ui Goku

Yes it's him, Mr.Ultra Instinct himself. But he's no meme, this is a fully made character ready to fight a..mostly fair fight. With full 32 alts and support for several fellow workshop creations.
Ui goku is a combo heavy glass cannon with plenty of flashy attacks. And if that's not enough, he also has a once per match sparking that can be used right outta dragonball fighterz.

Now a little run down over some moves.

Down & Forward smashes have super armor on parts of them.

Up special is super dash which can be aimed in 3 directions and on hit will cancel so you can do a follow up. But if you need to recover you can hold special to not cancel on hit.

Air Down and grounded Side special have total invincibilty during the parts ui is not visible.

Down tilt can be jump canceled if it lands, during the endlag.

Nair is a 3 hit attack that on the third hit has 2 versions, just pressing attack wiil do a launching kick while holding down will do a spiking kick.

*NEW* Grounded down special is now a flip. Ui is invincible during the start up. You can press attack during the move to have goku do his upside down palm strike, pressing special in the air will have you do air down special. And teh best one, pressing special while grounded only will have ui do a command grab. I won't spoil what it does so go see for yourself!

Walk..yes this is special too. While under 50% he has super armor, so you can strike fear into your foe as you walk up slowly and down smash.

And finally spark, after sparking for awhile you'll be much faster, all you normals are special/jump cancelable and some moves gain faster start up or more damage. You also remain in sparking longer if you're on your last stock.
