Light Rail Track (High Speed Tram Track)

The maximum speed of built-in tram track is only 60 km/h. Of course it makes sense due to it is "tram", probably the conventional tram/streetcar.
This mod provide light rail track that the top speed limited at 80 km/h, while retaining the "collides_ways" is false (tracks can freely collide with streets/road).

There are two variants of the light rail tracks.
The first one is "Light Rail (Ballasted)", the base(track ballast) textures and the viaduct textures is custom made. The track ballast of it looks orange-ish.
The second one is "Light Rail (Low-profile)". It's works the same as "Light Rail (Ballasted)" and looks the same as the built-in medium speed track. The only differences is the color in blueprint mode slightly differ from default color.
