Subscribe to the mod on the Steam workshop, then follow the instructions for forcing mods to install from the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion.
Please check the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion; your issue may be mentioned there. If not that, follow the instructions for reporting bugs in that document so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong from your client log.
Steam has a tendency to not install workshop content until the game is closed. If Steam doesn't try to download anything after closing the game, check the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion. It has a section on how to force mods to install.
If your Manage Mods menu says that Magic Storage v0.7.0.11 is installed, then you’re on the latest update.
