Subscribe to the mod on the Steam workshop, then follow the instructions for forcing mods to install from the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion.
Please check the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion; your issue may be mentioned there. If not that, follow the instructions for reporting bugs in that document so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong from your client log.
Steam has a tendency to not install workshop content until the game is closed. If Steam doesn't try to download anything after closing the game, check the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion. It has a section on how to force mods to install.
If your Manage Mods menu says that Magic Storage v0.7.0.11 is installed, then you’re on the latest update.
If you’re getting an error during mod loading, check the document in the pinned Bugs/FAQ discussion.
