AA Guns

Adds several AA guns to the game

• Hawkeye Twin 20mm SLINGER
  
• Hawkeye Quad 20mm ORION
  
• Hawkeye Twin 40mm ARCHER
  
• Hawkeye Quad 40mm AEGIS

IF WeaponAimMod is present, and ENABLED,
These guns will have an integrated flak module, that will attempt to explode the shell near the enemy. This works via the setting of timed fuses when they're fired.

NB: TTSMM[forum.terratechgame.com] is REQUIRED for weapon aim mod to work properly
