Carrying on the tradition of prefabricated apartment construction, these high tech and luxury apartments house your workers in all the splendor your republic can provide at an affordable cost.

The plans for this building also come with a custom underground parking garage that can be built into the ground floor to give your workers handy off-street parking.

This is a part of my USSR 2050 collection for late game super structures.
It uses uranium to produce heat and a small amount of nuclear waste.

Apartments:
- Houses 1235 workers
- Quality of flats 200%
- Self-heating

Parking:
- Houses 32 cars

Remove attribute "$CIVIL_BUILDING" from the building.ini file and the buildings will show up in their respective menus.

I was thinking to make something similiar. Just not nuclear power but more ecological. Sollar walls & windows (produce energy during the day) . With batteries ( possibility to store energy) . Electric heating. Market at the basement. Entry to the parking at the underground . Metro station at the underground. Roof with pavement (buildings can be connected) . Of course , a lot expansive
