Maps are "Broken" on my end, no skyboxes and other glitches, 50/50 chance of crashing after loading a map

I tried to play with a friend but we cant join each other's game because the game does not have the same version, even if we have the same modes activated (but without this mode, all is working). Any idea how to correct that ?
