Download UI Graphics Complete Fix instead of this. It has their own version of this built-in and a ton of other fixes.

I exported, tweaked, and re-imported the L4D2 Survivor Icons Fixed icons because DXT1 compression made them look really bad compared to vanilla. I re-imported the icons in ABGR8888 after doubling their size from 256 to 512. Kinda bloats the file size, but it makes them match vanilla quality which is what I aimed to do. They look better in-game compared to the funny before and after pictures I made. I removed the incap icons in favor of using better ones made by Spike.

there's nothing for me to fix. that mod has it's own versions of the l4d2 survivor lobby portraits. best you can do is change mod priority and have this one first so it will override the versions from that mod. or you can unpack the vpk, remove their version of the lobby portraits, and repack it. then you can have this mod and that one installed at the same time without conflict.
