Comp From Utility/Weapon:
Fuel Tank: channel 1 - Fuel level
Rocket Pods: channel 1 - Ammo
Cannon: channel 1 - Ammo

Comp to Weapon:
Channel 1 - Weapon Launch / Weapon Fire (Rocket Pods/Cannons)
Channel 2 - Target x
Channel 3 - Target y
Channel 4 - Arm Delay
