Alert when you can demand conversion

In retrospect it's pretty obvious since AGOT disabled demanding vassal convert, but this is incompatible with AGOT mod and may contribute to game crashes if used with it (since the interaction is removed). no fault of either mod really though

This mod should not conflict with other mod I think, unless maybe if they significantly change how demand conversion works?
