This is probably the only stationary, permanent, metal framed basketball hoop design you can find in the workshop at the moment. HAHA Yep, very sadly it's the only choice you have now! So don't be picky! It's time to click the subscribe button!

You actually have another option, which is the basketball goal prop from King Leno's Residential Prop Pack. But for that one, it's a plastic collapsible meant for driveways, which may not be something you want.

For a real outdoor basketball court, most use permanent metal frames. So this would be the best choice for you if you're looking for something in that genre.


It's made because someone wants a better basketball hoop with my sport court assets. And guess what? It consumes my whole Saturday just to model this little sh1t HAHAHA.


The quality is okay... just that it's done in a rush. But what do you expect XD? Anyway, I'm going to polish it later on, just like what I've been doing with my other assets.


I think it's good for that amount of details! Here are the values bench-marked by Autodesk 3ds Max. They're good indicators for you to evaluate the performance of this asset in-game.


*This asset has no custom LOD at the moment. The game will generate / calculate one for you. For me, it looks just fine for a simple prop like this.

Yep, similar design with this one, which is a very common design you can see in Hong Kong's public basketball courts. But I've changed the hoop to something simpler... just to cater to the need of potato PC users (fewer things to load), and my poor modelling skill as well... HAHA
