If this is fixed elsewhere in the code don't worry about it and no need for elaboration. But is it possible the HILLS are a mistake since the mod description says flat land?
I started a run as Li Longji and I noticed that I'm not getting the additional Great Person Points from specialists in the Pear Garden. The 4 culture instead of 2 is working, but my GW, GA, and GM points per turn is just the usual amount. Also, I made sure that I had a citizen locked to working the Pear Garden.
