Fishing harbor

The fishing harbor is a slaughterhouse designed to work with the fishing mod from ryantheskinny, it works in the way that you send in fish (livestock) with fishing vessels and get meat and oil in processing it in this factory, this mod also includes a cooling storage (Kühlhaus).

I added a standalone port that works as a stock port (but can only handle lifestock and cooled goods) and a fishfactory that works as a stock slaughterhouse, the use of these prevents the micromanagement with the not refuelling of ships
