Rifles, so is Pecheneg and Saiga, are only to be found in the military outposts. They can also spawn randomly on stations, and in wrecks, just as all other weapons. Their prices are primarily designated upon their fire rate, accuracy, range, and damage. Saiga has a cheaper price than the usual vanilla shotgun, as it can carry less ammo, and has a shorter range, but it is more effective in close quarters. All pistols are sold at outposts, military stations, and cities, for a similar price, due to their similar nature (all 9mm pistols). Stechkin, however, is a unique automatic pistol, so its value is slightly higher than of others.
