A basic kneeling chinlock animated in the way that... well, just about every wrestler seems to do it, really

Damage is about the same as the default chinlock, except this one cannot cause a submission, so is effectively a resthold

This is one of those moves that isn't in ANYTHING even though it's one of the most common wrestling moves ever.

Wont lie, this is probably my favorite move overall lmao. Just slapping it on just about everyone for filler while I revamp stuff.
