This is an experimental design to test out the possibility for elevated buildings in the game loosely based upon 1960s academic campus buildings requested by @nadir in The Architect Paris Discord channel.

Note: Due to the substantial overhang this building should be placed on an isolated rectangular plot with 90 degree corners. Other angles will generate unpredictable results with holes etc. Due to current limitations , the central area cannot be textured /altered so will default to the standard empty plot texture.
