Darker Landscape 3.0

Opis
If you are like me, you hate how some areas in the world are too bright, even blinding. This mod tones it down a bit to make it bearable. Also makes the day time a little shorter, and the night a little darker.

Changes:
Explosure Min - 1.1 from 0.8
Sunrise - 5.25 from 5 (Aprox 5:15am from 5am)
Sunset - 22.5 from 23 (Aprox 10.15pm from 11pm)
Night Darkness - 0.4 from 0.35
Various Weather effects that include cloud cover and types of rain are now more realistic with increased cloud cover during storms and fog added to simulate reduced visibility from rain. Watch the video above to see weather change.

Version 3 changes:
1. Eased up the exposure settings so the landscape is not as dark, but still bearable as to not hurt the eyes from being too bright.
2. Increased light sources brightness and ranges slightly to account for the darker night cycle.

No, they are global changes. Adjust your gpu gamma to compensate.

Can you show me a screenshot or video of what you are talking about. No one has ever reported an issue like this nor have I ever seen it myself, so Im thinking you have an issue with a different mod.

it's what you did to dust. it doesn't really look like dust anymore, unlike the vanilla dust storms.

I dont know what you mean by toxic farts in the deserts. Im sure that has nothing to do with this mod.
