Industrial Overhaul - Water Mod Compatibility

Compatibility Add-On for Jakaria's Water Mod.

Reduces buoyancy of Metal Wheels. Most vehicles using them should no longer float unassisted.

Adds Flotation Tanks and Flotation Cells: These blocks are designed as a substitute for Oxygen/Hydrogen Tanks for buoyancy.
Since IO reduces tank volume, tank buoyancy was also reduced; these dedicated blocks should make building floating craft easier and more compact.

Adds Propellers of various sizes as dedicated water propulsion and for early-game watercraft when thrusters are not viable.

Water Mod 3.0 Functionality

Propellers will only function underwater when Water 3.0 is enabled.

Flotation Tanks and Cubes no longer function as intended with Water 3.0 buoyancy calculations. Flotation blocks will automatically empty themselves to reduce their impact as as far as possible if the beta of Water 3.0 is enabled; however, these blocks no longer contribute real buoyancy and should be removed from your boats if present. Dedicated flotation blocks are not required with Water 3.0 regardless, and will likely be removed from this module shortly after the main-branch update of Water 3.0.
