Hello! I wasn't sure how to do this, but are your commissions still open?

I think the reason they handle skin tones like that is because of the various outfits the characters can wear if they're assigned a class, and it's easier to just have skin tones be handled by material coloring instead of create texture variations for every single skin tone.

to anyone who's curious, his skin tone is off by default because Three Houses handles skin tone in-engine, for some reason. So when extracting models/textures, every character has the same ghostly white skin tone.

You could upload the texture as like a mod ya would load on top, then I suppose you’d have to explain why it conflicts to everyone under the sun though. We ended up modifying the skin tone anyway tho, idk how exactly accurate it is perse, but it ain’t how it appears on the addon thumbnail anymore regardless.
