Description
RJL Scania T & T 4-series

This is the official and authorized continuation of the RJL Scania T & T4 Mod mod.

The mod adds the Scania T and T 4-series trucks to ETS2. Contains multiple different chassis, cabin, engine and transmission options in addition to a wide array of customization options.
Fully standalone mod, it doesn't replace anything. You can find the truck from the Scania dealer.

Content List:
  • Normal, Highline, Topline, Extended Topline and Longline cabins.
  • 4x2, 6x2, 6x2/4, 6x2*4, 6x4, 8x2/*6, 8x4/4, 8x4*4, 10x4/6, 10x4*6 and 10x6/4 chassis
  • Scania T1 and T2 interiors.
  • Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines.
  • 8-, 9-, 12- and 14- speed gearboxes with 2.71, 3.08, 3.42 and 3.80 rear differentials
  • Wide range of T1, T2 and Streamline parts
  • Plastic and paintable chassis + a lot of Scania stock parts
  • Many custom and tuning parts
  • Compatible with Cabin Accessories, National Window Flags and Mighty Griffin DLCs (separate compatibility addons required)
  • And something more...

Known Issues:
  • Some parts might produce a visible collision with each other. You need to choose their correct combination yourself

The cause is probably visible in your gamelog file.

Hey there! Firstly Id like to say that I love the mod its great to drive! I have recently been experiencing game crashes whenever I try to switch to exterior accessories. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah the materials use the old format which means rendering is slower, a reconversion of the source files should fix this issue but in order to do so there are some other things to fix first.

the mod also isnt optimized for newer versions of the game the game has a hard time loading such an old mod in convoy mode to the point that the game freezes for a second or more ive found some people saying its because it has "old graphics" or something like that im not sure what they mean by this maybe its just old templates? might be worth looking into if youre not too busy thanks.

@awthedoZZ this happens when you use too many customizations on a truck in convoy mode its a known issue and is not limited to being a single mod, it just becomes too much for convoy mode to render so instead they will just show a green box i suggest taking off some lights.

while this is true and a valid point i dont see a reason it couldnt be installed aftermarket like we do with reverse cams and various other things in old irl vehicles today. i also see it as somewhat of a qol thing in game. might not be the most realistic thing but for me at least its so much easier to use the mirrors when i can see which i have a hard time doing due to my setup. i also hate the onscreen ones which is also an option i suppose. if the goal is to stay true to the original offerings i can understand that tho.

@K Kups, camera mirrors will not be added as they were not available for these trucks IRL.

love this mod btw. i litterally havent driven any other truck for irl years now unless i absolutely have to. this is my one and only. sad about the paints tho.
